Since Bellsouth merged with AT&T, you now access your Bellsouth webmail through the AT&T webmail portal. The way to change your password varies depending on whether you remember your current password

Open att.com/email reset
Go to forgot password section and then select the password option.
You will have to enter the entire BellSouth email and then also enter your last name.
Tap on continue
Then you can choose the method of receiving the temporary password that is through email or through the phone.

Select "My Profile" and scroll to the Set Personal Password section. Enter your current password in the Current Password field and then enter and confirm your new password in the provided fields. How to change Bellsouth email Password

If you know your Bellsouth email address and you want to change your password:

Go to ATT login page and use your BellSouth email credentials.

Go to My Profile and select Set Personal Password section.

Enter your current password, new password and confirm the same in the relevant fields.

Click Save Changes to finish.
